Frequently Asked Questions

I bought an older edition of The Life Map, is this edition different?

Please don’t feel the need to buy the latest edition if you are happy with the edition you bought. Sometimes the differences made are minor; sometimes, they’re major, but the core system stays the same!

What are the differences between The Life Map 2.0 and 2.5?

The exercises in The Life Map 2.5 were redesigned to feel easier and more motivating. A whole lotta helpful stories and case studies were also added to get you in the planning mood.

If you bought The Life Map 2.0, you will be automatically upgraded to 2.5 (consider 2.0 a beta edition ✨).

Nope! The Life Map is a Workbook with exercises and activities to complete.

How can I complete it on my tablet?

Try the Goodnotes or Adobe Reader apps (Goodnotes is a fave)

How can I complete it on my desktop or laptop?

The Life Map also has interactive text boxes, making it easy to use on desktop or laptop computers via apps like Adobe Reader.

Can I use this on my phone?

I wish you could, buut The Life Map isn’t designed for a screen as small as your phone. It’s better suited for print, desktop, laptop or tablet.

How will this be delivered?

The best, hands down

This is my second time buying the life map, muchelleb has been such a huge help in clarifying so much in my life. The questions/steps/stories help in opening up my mind and ways of thinking when I feel so mentally stuck. I will use this again and again, thank you so much for creating this!

This is the best way to plan!

I love love love the Life Map!

It's so organized and walks me through every step clearly with explanations and examples. I discovered Michelle's channel 5 years ago and bought *almost* every product she made.

From The Life Map to the Intention app everything is thoughtfully made, and everything leaves me feeling 10 times better.

I would add a section to the life areas in The Life Map and call it "Personal Development". This is where I would set goals for new thoughts, believes, and feelings and reflect on how I feel about myself. (Of course, you can add your own tweaks to the life map if you're wondering about that)

Love you Michelle🩷! Thank you for being you.
Sending you love from the Middle East (Yes that's how BIG your impact is) 🩷✨

If you are considering buying the Life Map, I’d say you should.

If you are considering buying the Life Map, I’d say you should. It’s like a muchelleb master class with all of her best content in one place (without the monthly membership to her app which I’m sure is wonderful, but out of my reach right now.) I’m using it as my quarterly planning system to choose new goals and reorient myself. I envision myself using a few times a year and returning to it again and again and gaining new insights.

I also feel like I am gaining emotional regulation skills as I go, so in a way it’s saving me a therapy session as well!

Anyways, if you are here you probably know what you need to do. *Presses add to cart*

There is so much actionable wisdom in here

I love it, it has helped me feel good about my goals and achieve them. There is so much actionable wisdom in here, it has changed how I approach my life. Especially recognizing and working with the feeling of resistance and overwhelm.

I've recommended this to friends because I'm convinced everyone can use this compassionate approach to being intentional with your life.
