When will I receive my order?

A link to download or access your digital products will be sent to you immediately after purchase. If you haven't received an email with your products, please use the Contact link below to get in touch.

Will I get free digital product updates in future?

To keep prices lower, products aren't priced for unlimited updates. If you would like to purchase the updated version of a product that you've purchased in the past, please contact us with your past order details and for select products we may be able to organise a discount code (this depends on how significant product updates are). 

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and go through Shopify Payments. Shopify Payments is a PCI-compliant gateway that manages and stores payment data securely.

EU Only - Do I have to pay VAT?

I wish it weren't the case, buut yes. Gotta be compliant. If you're purchasing from EU, your order will include a VAT charge.

My digital product isn't right for me! Can I get a refund?

As there's no way to truly "return" a digital product, we can't offer returns. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if the product isn’t what you expected, please reach out within 7 days and we will work with you to make it right. Please email us using the email address that you used for purchase, or include your purchase order number. One of these is needed to verify the original purchase.
